  • Baskets needed to be ordered by Jan 31st in order to receive group discount
  • Basket order cost of $1,202.89
  • Date in April for Bingo to be determined by Dover American Legion.

Shows
Keep the show dates the first three Sundays of June, July, August and omit a game show altogether. Motion made to accept equitation dates and the removal of the game show from the schedule by Angie Coy and seconded by Sarah Hanscome. Majority of members agreed with objections from three.

It was also discussed that NCRC will host a driving show at the Piscataquis Valley Fairgrounds on Sept. 20th with a rain date of Sept, 21. Angie will confirm date with PVFA.

Judges for the shows were discussed. We will invite Jayne Gray and Erika Davis back to judge. Angie will research some other judges for the third show.

A trail ride and BBQ was discussed to fill the date left open by the removal of a game show. Bonnie Shorey will look into having the trail ride in conjunction with the T.R.O.T. club and Lynne Robinson will investigate the possibility of using the Garland show field and a base.

Possibility of doing an event during the Piscataquis Valley Fair has arisen and we are waiting on more info on that.

Activities
We are investigating the idea of having a judge come in and look over our class list and help us adjust it.

Also thinking about having a judge come teach a class room type forum on the classes on our program for the members of NCRC so the participants will be clearer on what the judges are looking for.

New Building
As we host fundraisers a new fund will be set up to house money to be used to put up a new show office at the ring.

Donations in Memory
Club agreed unanimously for NCRC to donate toward each charitable group specified in the obituaries of Joe and Heather $50.00.

Motion to adjourn made by Judy Craig and seconded by the group. Meeting closed at 8:36 pm.
